Tirana, 03 October 2024, dtt-net.com – In Albania the bribing of officials by citizens reaches 40 per cent, which is the highest in the Western Balkans region, with the lowest percentage of 10 per cent in Montenegro, according to a new report by the Southeast European Legal Development Initiative (SELDI).
