Belgrade/Minsk/Brussels, 30 October 2024, dtt-net.com – The envoy of Serbia President for relations with non-western countries and Deputy Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vulin, met today in Minsk with Belarus interior and defence ministers (Ivan Vladrimirovich Kubrakov and Viktor Gennadievich Kherenin ) and also with head of intelligence and security agency ( Ivan Stanislavovich Tertel ), all three sanctioned by the EU, agreeing to strengthen ties in all three sectors between the two countries.
