Prishtina, 29 May 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo private companies today blocked main roads of capital Prishtina, in the first protest against a decision of government-controlled energy body obliging them to pass to free energy market which as consequence is weirdly provoking increase of prices to more than 200 % and risk bankruptcy of many of them, with representatives of businesses warning of more protests if the caretaker government and the energy regulatory body which it controls doesn’t meet their demand to suspend the rule to June next year.
