Prishtina, 23 February 2026, dtt-net.com – A Kosovo court today found guilty of war crimes a Kosovan Serb and ruled again 13 years of imprisonment after appellate court order retrial.
Dusko Arsic who moved to Serbia after 1998-1999 war was initially found guilty by Basic court in capital Prishtina in February 2024.
