Kyiv, 23 February 2026, dtt-net.com – $90.6 billion will be needed for the restoration and modernization of Ukraine’s energy sector for the next ten years, while total amount for country’s reconstruction of damages caused by Russian military aggression amounts to $588 billion, according to a joint assessment report presented today in Kyiv by the World Bank, Government of Ukraine, the European Commission (EC) and the United Nations.
