Prishtina, 25 December 2024, dtt-net.com – Kosovo’s Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) today approved a complaint of Serb List party and annulled Central Election Commission’s (CEC) decision of two days ago to reject certification the Serbia-backed party for February 9 parliamentary elections.
