Prishtina, 16 May 2024, dtt-net.com – The Foreign Affairs Minister of Kosovo, Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz, said today that the government is writing its own version of draft-statute for an ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)’ and will send it to the Constitutional Court for review this month, hoping that the move will convince 46 member states of the Council of Europe (CoE) to grant membership in the Strasbourg-based organization this month, amid refusal of the government of the Prime Minister Albin Kurti to endorse and send the EU-proposed and USA-backed draft-statute for the ASM to the top court for review.
