Prishtina, 14 September 2026, dtt-net.com – An opposition party in Kosovo today addressed complain to the Constitutional Court, seeking to take measure over “constitution” of parliament by the Vetevendosje (LVV) party after expiration of 30-day deadline ruled last year by the top court which expired on August 7, 30 days after certification of June 7 early parliamentary elections.
The lawmaker of the Democratic Party (PDK), Perparim Gruda, said the party asked the court to rule over “constitution of parliament beyond constitutional deadline” of yesterday (September 13), when the LVV declared the legislative body “constituted” and pursued with voting of new-old government of LVV’s leader Albin Kurti.
The Alliance for Future of Kosovo (AAK) is also expected to file same complaint to the court.
