Prishtina/Brussels, 27 December 2023, dtt-net.com – A letter of two weeks ago sent by Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic to the EU, at which Belgrade reiterates its refusal to de-facto and de-jure recognition of Kosovo, membership in the United Nations and its agencies, as well as rejection of Kosovo’s territorial integrity, represents “withdrawal” of Serbia from EU-mediated deal reached earlier this year and a “capital obstacle” to further talks aimed at “normalization” of the relations between the two countries, according Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
