Prishtina, 05 May 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo political parties today failed for eleventh consecutive time since last month to elect Speaker of new Parliament and related bodies following February elections, with what they are also failing to pave the way for election of new government, thus embarking the country into total institutional deadlock with no exit solution to be imposed because of constitutional loopholes.
