Prishtina, 18 August 2025, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Kosovo today made public its official and complete decision ordering stubborn politicians to try 3 more times elect same nominee for Speaker of Parliament, but it remains unknown what next if they fail again as the top court has not clarified next steps in such likely scenario.
Judges of the top court said lawmakers elected in February elections have another 30 days as of today to resume the session, but yet failed to decide what next if the remaining attempts and period of one month do not end the stalemate saga of more than 3 months already.
