Prishtina, 21 December 2022, dtt-net.com – A deal was signed yesterday for construction of a solar power plant in Kosovo with grants from the EU and Germany and loans from the London-based European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with the electricity to be generated from it planned to be used for heating system in capital Prishtina during the winter.
