Belgrade/Prishtina, 11 January 2024, dtt-net.com – Kosovo government has requested from Washington purchase of Javelin anti-tank missiles, pending decision by the USA Congress, the office of Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic disclosed in a press release, expressing discontent during a meeting he had today with the USA Ambassador Christopher Hill.
The $75 million expected deal between the USA and Kosovo includes:
- 246 Javelin FGM-148F missiles and
- 24 Javelin Lightweight Command Launch Units (LWCLU), according to a press release by the USA Defence and Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)
