Prishtina/Brussels, 13 December 2023, dtt-net.com – While Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, was ready to sign the EU-proposed and USA-backed draft-statute of October 21 for the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) on October 26 in Brussels, together with February 26 ‘basic agreement’ and its Implementation Annex of March 18, his deputy Besnik Bislimi Wednesday said that the government has not accepted the proposal, but has only agreed to send it for review to the Constitutional Court, thus spreading confusion over the position of the government over the controversial text which is slammed by the former President of the top court, Enver Hasani, of being in breach of the Constitution “from the beginning to the end” of it.
