Podgorica, 15 April 2025, dtt-net.com – The mayor of Ulcinj coastal town, Genci Nimanbegu has called in a letter the President of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, to react on the contested agreement reached by the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic and United Arab Emirates (UAE), which would see parts of the beach of the town given to a businessman of the latter without consent of local municipality and its citizens, accusing the head of government of breach of laws and the Constitution.
