Podgorica, 31 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The parliament of Montenegro today morning elected new governing coalition to be led by Milojko Spajic of Europe Now movement, after a nearly eight hours of debate between lawmakers of the opposition and of his parliamentary majority as the new prime minister refused to present his exposee and programme to the parliament prior to the vote.
