Podgorica, 30 October 2023, dtt-net.com – After electing Speaker of Parliament, the legislative body of Montenegro gathered on late Monday to elect new governing coalition to be led by Milojko Spajic, the leader of Europe Now movement, but his refusal to present expossee and programme of his upcoming cabinet caused the session to continue without any clear timetable when it will end as opposition lawmakers strongly protest his refusal with long discussions asking him to change his mind and respect article 103 of the Constitution of the EU candidate country.
