Prishtina/Brussels, 30 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The President of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, reiterated today the clarification of the EU executive body that Kosovan citizens will be travelling without visas to European bloc territory as of January 2024, after confusion caused two weeks ago by the President of France, Emmanuel Maacron, who said that when it comes to France the decision is suspended.
