Podgorica, 31 October 2023, dtt-net.com – Montenegro can become member of the European Union when it’s ready with the reforms, as the accession process is not linked to dates but conditions to be met, the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen answered said in capital Podgorica when asked if the country can join the European bloc before 2030.
