Skopje, 27 November 2023, dtt-net.com – Russian Foreign Affairs Minister, Sergey Lavrov, will attend a ministerial meeting of member countries of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in North Macedonia later this week, after Bulgaria agreed to allow his plane use its airspace, as EU sanctions allow him to travel to EU territory and in those aligned with its sanctions on Russia, to attend meetings of international organizations such is the OSCE.
