Prishtina/Brussels, 15 September 2023, dtt-net.com – If Kosovo and Serbia eventually agree on a new statute for the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM), then the Kosovan Constitutional Court should be the last one to rule on it, according to Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti proposal, but Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic and EU mediators are against, their proposal suggests.
