Podgorica, 27 December 2022, dtt-net.com – The parliament of Montenegro, dominated by pro-Russia and pro-Serbia Serb parties of Democratic Front (DF), today filed a complain to the Constitutional Court against President Milo Djukanovic for refusing to mandate its candidate for the post of prime minister after the governing coalition of Dritan Abazovic lost a confidence vote of the legislative body.
