Podgorica, 23 April 2025, dtt-net.com – The parliamentary majority of Montenegro adopted and transformed into law a much contested tourism and real estate agreement reached between the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic and the government of United Arab Emirates (UAE), which is likely to affect coastal towns in the country, including and especially the beaches of Albanian-predominantly southern town of Ulcinj, despite calls by the opposition, citizens and local NGOs to postpone the vote.
