Podgorica, 11 May 2026, dtt-net.com – Montenegro government today signed two loans, and the newly formed country’s development bank signed a third one with the European Investment Bank (EIB) totalling 252 million Euros for healthcare, transport, and energy sectors.
Deals are signed by EIB Vice-President Robert de Groot, Montenegro's Minister of Finance Novica Vuković, Minister of Maritime Affairs Filip Radulović and Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Montenegro Nikola Tripković.
