Podgorica/Prishtina, 26 October 2023, dtt-net.com – Montenegro’s Minister of Justice, in technical mandate, Marko Kovac, has refused a court decision to extradite to Kosovo a Serbia national arrested on Interpol warrant last month, and wanted by Kosovan court on war crimes charges allegedly committed during the 1998-1999 war against Albanian civilians, Podgorica media reported.
