Brussels/Podgorica, 22 June 2023, dtt-net.com – The new President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, one of the co-founders of Europe Now party which got most votes in June 11 early elections but insufficient to govern alone, today said he expects that a pro-European governing coalition will be formed, while eleven days since the vote complications are already in horizon as pro-Russian Serb parties are still in combination of being part of a new cabinet.
