Brussels, 14 September 2023, dtt-net.com – Leaders of Kosovo and Serbia today didn’t reach any agreement on how to move toward new elections in four Kosovan Serb-predominantly municipalities nor on autonomous region for Serb minority which Serbia, the EU and the USA want to be formed in Kosovo and Kosovan government refuses it to have executive powers.
