Skopje, 13 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The governments of North Macedonia and the USA yesterday agreed on a framework for a trade agreement between the two countries.
According to the framework North Macedonia will eliminate customs duties for all USA industrial and agricultural goods exported to North Macedonia, while the USA will maintain a 15% tariff on products of the Western Balkans country.
Further talks for a final deal will take place in the coming weeks with possible removal of tariffs on North Macedonia’s certain products exported to the USA.
