North Macedonia’s PM “convinced” the country will become EU member before Montenegro and Serbia if constitutional changes are made

Skopje/Brussels, 31 August 2023, dtt-net.com – If the constitutional changes proposed are approved by the Parliament in Skopje,, then North Macedonia will be the first country from the Western Balkans to become member of the European bloc in 2030, the Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski believes.
