Skopje/Brussels, 22 February, 2026, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of North Macedonia once again expressed his anger and protest over what he called “bullying” and “blackmailing” by EU member Bulgaria and embraced by 26 other members for imposing to the country the condition of constitutional changes to include Bulgarian community in order the country can make steps in its promised membership in the European bloc.
“… Macedonia is victim of bullying and that should be clearly and loudly acknowledged…Macedonia is a victim of classic bullying by member states that are blackmailing integration of Macedonia in the European Union from within, and this is not evaluated according to the progress we have made, but rather according to whether we will change the Constitution, the flag, the banknotes...etc,” Hristijan Mickoski said in a forum held yesterday in capital Skopje over EU pathway of Western Balkans region.
