Skopje, 12 February 2025, dtt-net.com – Constitutional Court of North Macedonia, today ordered country’s parliament to review changes to the criminal code of September 2023, when the then parliamentary majority adopted amendments lowering prison sentences for officials, a move which was also contested by the European Commission (EC).
