Belgrade, 28 February 2024, dtt-net.com – The OSCE/ODIHR final report on Serbia December 17 elections says they were “technically well-administrated” but “dominated” by involvement of President and ruling Progressive Party’s (SNS) “systemic advantages”, and then “marred by harsh rhetoric, bias in the media, pressure on public sector employees and misuse of public resources.”
