Dubrovnik/Brussels, 09 July 2023, dtt-net.com – In an exciting debate yesterday in Croatia’s Dubrovnik town, Kosovan foreign minister Donika Gervalla-Schwarz called the EU the “Paper Tiger” which can’t do without USA and NATO when it comes to the security, a criticism of her which prompted defensive reaction by envoy Miroslav Lajcak admitting that the European bloc “is not perfect”, but “still the best” there is as the union of states in the planet and the intervention of the American envoy Gabriel Escobar who defending the European bloc from the criticism of the first credited EU’s achievements in the region so far as ”combination of European and American cooperation”, and then the input of former German MEP Elmar Brok who criticized the EU of not being able to take needed decisions on its security and foreign policy because of ongoing voting rule.
