Podgorica, 24 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister-Designate of Montenegro, Milojko Spajic, today said that his upcoming government will seek postponement of the census, planned to take place in the first two weeks of November, for a month, following announcements by opposition of boycott and calls for better political and institutional environment and also technical preparations.
