Prishtina, 04 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The Kosovan Serb List party, formed in 2013 and backed by Serbia’s President since, today filed a complaint to the Kosovo Constitutional Court contesting a parliamentary seat of an opponent Serb party and ally of the caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti it got in June 7 early elections.
The party, which got 9 of 10 reserved seats in the 120-seat Parliament, says the mandate of the leader of the For Freedom, Justice and Survival party, Nenad Rasic, was obtained including through votes of non-Serb voters, and as such it considers that its opponent is not a representative of Serb minority.
