Belgrade, 18 May 2026, dtt-net.com – The government of Serbia said Monday it handed over to the parliament, the EU commission, and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe (CoE) its proposals for improvements to be made in January adopted controversial changes to laws in judiciary sector.
The Ministry of Justice said it sent its reviews based on the recommendations made by the Venice Commission of the Strasbourg-based body which if greenlighted would then be sent for final approval at the legislative body plenary session.
