Podgorica, 30 August 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister-Designate of Montenegro, Milojko Spajic is having troubles to form a parliamentary majority in the 81-seat parliament, following his decision to exclude from the combination the pro-Russia and pro-Serbia parties as some lawmakers and parties are showing reluctance for a cabinet without the Serbia-backed “For the Future of Montenegro” coalition of Serb parties.
