Skopje, 11 January 2023, dtt-net.com – The Counsellor of USA Department of State, Derek Chollet, was today in North Macedonia’s capital Skopje to discuss with country’s prime minister the difficulties that the government is having to reach two-third of votes in the parliament to approve constitutional changes – imposed by Bulgaria – needed to continue EU accession negotiations.
