Prishtina, 11 January 2023, dtt-net.com – The Councillor of the USA Department of State, Derek Chollet, today urged Kosovan government to come up with a new proposal to grant additional special powers to Serb minority, which he said should be in line with the Constitution, while at the same time a deal with Serbia should be reached “centred on mutual recognition”, which Serbia refuses and which is not part of the EU proposal for a compromise, however.
