Skopje, 11 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Associations of truck drivers from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia today said they will resume border crossings blockades, if their requests of easing EU visa rules for their professional drivers who transport merchandise to and from EU member states are not met until September 1.
In a press conference, after the meeting held in North Macedonia’s capital of Skopje, they reiterated their call to EU institutions and member countries to address their complaints once more, hoping for a temporary solution to be found, and warning with new protests if not.
