Prishtina/Brussels, 19 June 2025, dtt-net.com – The EU said it has requested from Kosovo authorities to ensure dues process and make legal remedies available to several Kosovan Serbs employed by Serbia’s interior ministry, who are expelled and revoked Kosovo citizenship by Kosovan interior ministry in recent days.
“We requested Kosovo authorities to ensure due process, adhere to fundamental rights’ standards in place and to make legal remedies available for the affected persons,” an EU spokesperson said in a written response, over expulsion from Kosovo territory and revocation of Kosovan citizenship to four members of Serb minority working for Serbia’s interior ministry and a former employee too.
