Belgrade, 27 August 2025, dtt-net.com – The government of Donald Trump has postponed implementation of sanctions imposed by Joe Biden’s cabinet in January to Russia-owned oil company, NIS, in Serbia for another month, the sixth postponement so far.
“On August 26, the US Department of Finance issued a new special license that enables the NIS company to carry out its operational activities unhindered until September 26, 2025 at the latest,” the company owned 56,15 percent by GazpromNeft and Gazprom announced.
