Skopje, 17 September 2025, dtt-net.com – The Parliament of North Macedonia will make changes to the criminal law and qualify arson as act of “terrorism”, country’s Prime Minister announced, amid multiple cases of man-made fires this summer.
Hristijan Mickoski told reporters yesterday that his ruling VMRO-DPMNE party will initiate changes to the laws over arson and illegal dumping of waste which could see people found guilty be sentenced to more than five years of imprisonment.
