Tirana/Belgrade, 10 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian authorities reported Monday 19 fires, of which 5 still active with the rest under control or extinguished.
The National Agency for Civil Protection said that 300 hundred firefighter and some 130 army members continue fighting against fires in several areas, including from the air with firefighter helicopters, with the most difficult situation reported in Kruja region, “with a focus on housing protection.”
