Sofia/Skopje, 17 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The new government of Bulgaria of the Prime Minister Rumen Radev, says in its “Program for Governance” for the 2026 – 2030 mandate, that it will work for country’s good relations with neighbouring North Macedonia, but links them with the ongoing dispute over state of play of Bulgarian community rights, as Skopje continues refusing to include it in the Constitution, which has become a condition for North Macedonia to unlock EU accession negotiations for four years already.
