Brussels, 16 December 2024, dtt-net.com – EU member states agreed today to close three negotiating chapters in membership negotiations with Montenegro, thus bringing the number of chapters closed to six, as the authorities in Podgorica hope to close the process in 2026 and join the European bloc in 2028.
