Leader of Kosovo opposition party accuses caretaker PM of aiming to cause new elections again

Prishtina, 25 August 2026, dtt-net.com – A leader of an opposition party in Kosovo today accused the caretaker prime minister and his Vetevendosje (LVV) party of seeking to send the country to another parliamentary elections in December, by causing institutional crisis after June early elections. They are ready to go to elections…they have decided to go to elections on December 27th, they are just looking for was how to go to elections on December 27 and who to blame for it,” Ardian Gjini of the Alliance for Future of Kosovo (AAK), told reporters in a press conference after a party meeting.
