Skopje/Brussels, 08 June 2023, dtt-net.com – Talks are underway since yesterday for a technical government in Skopje, with the main opposition party of ethnic Macedonians in it but without main party of ethnic Albanians in, as a condition agreed for making constitutional changes which the country needs to make following Bulgaria imposed criteria in order North Macedonia can continue EU accession negotiations.
