Tirana/Prishtina, 08 June 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama today said he has sent a draft-text to the EU and the USA for a ‘Association’ for Kosovan Serb minority in Kosovo, which he says respects 2015 recommendations of Kosovo Constitutional Court, thus joining the heavy pressure by western powers on Kosovo and its government, while 80 percent of Kosovan citizens are against granting autonomous body to ten Serb-predominantly municipalities fearing a Bosnia power sharing model and paralysis of Kosovo state.
