Prishtina, 17 April 2025, dtt-net.com – Political parties of Kosovo today failed once more to unlock procedures for certifying mandates of new members of parliament after February 9 elections, with opponents accusing each-other over failure and at the same time creating the risk of institutional vacuum until they bury the hatchets and reach a compromise.
